The Universal Airplane Travel Phone Holder supports my iPhone 15 Pro from the tray table on an airplane, so I don’t have to. This is so much easier than holding the phone for the entire flight or having the phone at whatever angle the phone grip provides. What I like the most is the versatility of the holder – it can be configured in many different ways, depending upon the item to which it is connected. In its folder position, it fits in my camera case, so I can attach the holder to a variety of devices to get a selfie without having the whole arm thing in the photo. Its sturdy and the spring is strong enough to support a larger cell phone (although I have not tried it on a iPhone Pro Max). I happy with my purchase and I know I’ll get plenty of use from the holder on my travels.

It works as it should, just wish it was more flexible in some areas. The size is a bit disappointing as it might take up space but it’s a great gift idea for frequent travelers. Very sturdy overall and easy to use.

This was great on a couple transatlantic flights last month. Used with my bulky Note9, with the tray up and down. Very pleased. My wrists are sensitive after a work injury, and this gadget was helpful. Downloaded a favorite movie so I could watch it and cat nap during the red-eye flight. Had episodes of a favorite show downloaded, and timed so the last episode finished at the same time we needed to prepare for landing. Helped the time go by faster. And since it was a familiar show, I could pull my ear buds out and still know what was being said, or just have the show playing in the background like a timer almost, while I dozed or ate or looked out the window at passing geography. Very relaxing for being stuck on a plane. Gadget seems sturdy and I look forward to using it on my next flight.

I gave my husband one for Xmas. He’s a picky gadget kinds fella but he loved this holder. So many ways to use it to secure your phone. Super compact to travel with too! Everyone on the airplane was admiring the use of it.

I fly Frontier a lot. Unlike some of the fancier airlines, there is not a phone holder to watch stuff on my mobile phone. This device is fabulous. I have older eyes, so even the fancy airlines phone holders are not easy to watch. This holder has soooo many positions, prevents cramping in my hand (and neck) or falling frequently. I can create the perfect watching position. Would work on all airlines. Also fabulous for side folding table in first class and exit rows. Have used it on 2 flights already. I will never fly again without it and my phone/device portable charger. Best $10 I have ever spent. ( I suspect if you dine alone you could also attach it to a restaurant table. I have only had it a couple weeks, I imagine I will find more uses!!!! Also, its so compact and small!!!!! Hope this improves someones travelling experience! I am a consumer, not affiliated with whoever invented this ( I am envious though- genius!)

Very good quality. I did order 3 units first, thinking on giving them to some of my family members. Once I receive the order, y noticed the great quality, so I decided to order 3 more for the rest of the family. They are under the Christmas tree😊

Portable and sturdy iPhone desk stand

I’ve been looking for minimal iPhone stands I can take when travelling. I work from home so as long as I have wifi I can setup my workstation whether it’s at home, a cafe or library etc.
This has a strong clenching mechanism to connect the stand to the ledge of a table or desk, Approx 2” thick. It’s versatile in that I can set it up on the side of my desk and have my phone closer to me while I have my Mac on the desk.
If not I can also set it up beside my Mac like a phone stand, usually I use timers on my iPhone to keep me focused. As I can use other apps on my Mac, iMessage, email etc.
I’m sure on an airplane it will be a great way to use my phone to view shows or movies I pre download so I can use my airpods In the plane.
Though it is small, it can still feel a bit bulky when I close it up. Luckily it fits in my laptop bag where I put it by my mouse.
Overall interesting gadget to have as a portable iPhone desk holder, whether it is used on a plane (I have not flown with it yet) or just on a desk.
For the price it is a reasonable purchase

the width of the part that holds the phone is just over 1cm wide and would grip my soft phone case from the phone. if u have a phone case that allows u to hold a credit card or 2, you would have to remove the case before using with this. I returned because I didn’t want to have to remove the case every time I used this. it’s too bad cause I liked all the different positions you could use it and it’s compact. to be fair, doesn’t seem like a lot of these holders are made to be used with phones that have a thicker case.

I was tired of holding my cell phone up for extended periods of time to watch my videos on flights. This stand clips onto the seat tray in front of you and is flexible to turn many ways. Very happy with it so far, although it does feel like it might snap if i turn it the wrong way or too hard. So far all good!
